From September 7th to 15th, 2024, the charming village of Rydal in NSW will come alive with a stunning display of thousands of blooming daffodils. Inspired by the legacy of William Wordsworth, who famously wrote about these vibrant flowers, the event offers more than just beautiful gardens.
For a $10 entry fee (free for children under 16), visitors can explore picturesque gardens, enjoy live music, and admire heritage buildings, sculptures, and an art show.
The event runs daily from 10 am to 4 pm, with tickets and programs available at the Rydal Showground. The program includes a list of garden addresses and the schedule for musical performances. While there, you can enjoy delicious food, including tea, coffee, cakes, and slices, but remember to bring cash as EFTPOS is not available.
Getting around the village is easy with a free hop-on, hop-off bus service, and there's ample free parking at the Rydal Showground. This event is a perfect way to step into the spring for families and nature lovers alike.
